| Graduate E-mail Account
All students who graduated in July 2000 or later automatically receive a graduate e-mail account.
These new graduate e-mail accounts on the graduate.hku.hk system have the same account names and passwords as previous student ones on the hkusua.hku.hk system. For example, for a student whose account was UID@hkusua.hku.hk the new e-mail address on the graduate server will be UID@graduate.hku.hk.
Note that e-mails on the hkusua.hku.hk system will not migrate or get forwarded to the graduate.hku.hk system. Graduating students are advised to save any old e-mail messages that they want to keep and notify their correspondents of the new e-mail address.
HKU alumni who graduated before year 2000 must apply for their graduate e-mail account at http://www.hku.hk/convocat/gradmail.htm.
