Terms & Conditions
  • All Gala Dinner and Scientific Symposium e-tickets will be sent via email no later than 15 November 2022.
  • Due to social distancing measures, very limited Gala Dinner tables could be offered. Booking priority will be given to BDS alumni on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • For all unsuccessful bookings, the payment cheque will be returned by mail.
  • Booking(s) will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  • Shall there be any force majeure, the Scientific Symposium will be organized online WITHOUT any refund. HKD1,730 will be refunded to each who booked Gala Dinner.
  • Confirmation email of the booking(s) will be sent no later than 11 November 2022.
  • In returning the booking form, the participant agrees to accept the below Terms & Conditions.
  • All Gala Dinner and Scientific Symposium e-tickets will be sent via email no later than 15 November 2022.
  • Due to social distancing measures, very limited Gala Dinner tables could be offered. Booking priority will be given to BDS alumni on a first-come-first-serve basis. The availability of tables are subject to change in accordance with the social distancing measures.
  • HKU Faculty of Dentistry will not be responsible for any incorrect personal details provided by a participant.
  • HKU Faculty of Dentistry will not be responsible for any incorrect cheque amount or information.
  • In case of any dispute, the HKU Faculty of Dentistry reserves the right to make the final decision.
  • HKU Faculty of Dentistry reserves the right to change any of its terms and conditions.
  • If typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted, or a black rainstorm warning is issued on the day of the Gala Dinner, the Dinner will be cancelled. Notification of the Dinner cancellation will be made on the Faculty website or sent to the participants through email.
