Abstract
Evidence-based principles are increasingly ingrained within the orthodontic psyche. This is reflected in increased publication and awareness of clinical trials in orthodontics. But how good is our evidence base? How can the certainty in orthodontic decision-making be improved? And how can we apply evidence to decision-making in daily practice? These questions will be addressed in this clinically focussed but evidence-based presentation.
