Dr. Wuyuan Zhao is a Postdoctoral Researcher specializing in Dental Material Science. He earned his PhD from The University of Hong Kong, leveraging a unique interdisciplinary background in materials engineering and computer science. His research focuses on advancing digital dentistry through the additive manufacturing (3D printing) of high-performance materials for next-generation dental products. Dr. Zhao has led several industry-linked R&D projects, driving the end-to-end translation of innovations from lab research to clinical application and regulatory approval. He is a prolific inventor on multiple U.S. and Chinese patents, and his first-author research is published in leading journals such as Dental Materials.
