Trained faculty members are ready to support students in need
Faculty members complete the Mental Health First Aid training.
The Faculty prioritises the well-being of our students and is committed to addressing their mental health needs with the utmost seriousness. Recently, our faculty members have completed the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training offered by HKU CEDARS. The course equipped them with essential knowledge and skills to provide mental health first aid and support for those facing challenges.
While the trained staff are not professional counsellors, they are well-prepared and always eager to assist students in need. Their role is to provide initial support and guidance, and if needed, direct individuals to appropriate resources and services for professional assistance.
If you ever need help with mental health issues, we encourage you to reach out to our trained faculty members. They are here to listen, understand, and guide you in accessing the appropriate support services.
Remember, your well-being matters, and seeking help is a brave and important step towards maintaining good mental health. You are not alone, and our Faculty is committed to supporting you throughout your academic journey.
