Dr Gloria Wong delivers the MOOC “Oral Health Care for Autistic Children”

Paediatric Dentistry MOOC “Oral Health Care for Autistic Children” taught by Course Director, Dr Gloria Wong, Clinical Associate Professor in Paediatric Dentistry and Dr Phoebe Lam, Honorary Dental Officer in Paediatric Dentistry will be launched on 28 December on edX. The course serves as a guide map for dental and medical practitioners, dental students, schoolteachers, social workers, parents and families of autistic children, educating them on common dental problems encountered in treating children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and the development of a minimal intervention treatment plan to prevent and reduce the severity of oral diseases.
